Pros

Working from Home is all I can say is good

Cons

The List is way to long some are... 1) poor compensation 2) poor product opportunities 3) poor IT with constant issues 4) management that takes ZERO responsibility for their mistakes while blaming all mistakes on agents.

Pros

Co workers help each other Recognition ceremony every month for employees

Cons

Insurance is hard to sell because rates are too expensive and coverage is too low. Commercial is misleading Sales and customer service is a combined job Customer service concerns over power sales opportunities Cold calling Mostly voicemails can dial for 8 hours straight and may only get 2 people to answer the phone out of 20 dials. Highest policy for 1 unit is $2000 for 50 year old woman. Goes down from there.

Pros

Great management, decent bonus potential, you really do help some people

Cons

Scripted selling with no wiggle room, if you go off script you risk losing on bonuses. No time between calls. You WILL talk all day
