      Overall it was not too bad, it provided a means to an end. Your chances for advancement were slim to none.

      Pros

      The pay is pretty competetive and they have decent benefits.

      Cons

      Your chances for advancement or promotion or even a raise were very hard to come by, even when you went above and beyond your duties. You should always keep your resume up to date because you never know if you/your department will be in the next round of lay offs. This happens very often.

      Plenty of opportunities for advancement and trying new or different roles if you work hard and show a sense of urgency.

      Cons

      Many legacy systems and products that were bought over the years that were difficult to interface with each other. Many territorial people who had been there for many years and did not want to share resources or information.
