Cons

bad management decision causing unneeded over work from employees. make on-shore employees train off-shore employees with the goal of cut back on-shore team. everyone is seeing this coming.

Plenty of opportunities for advancement and trying new or different roles if you work hard and show a sense of urgency.

Cons

Many legacy systems and products that were bought over the years that were difficult to interface with each other. Many territorial people who had been there for many years and did not want to share resources or information.

Lots of opportunities in the short term, for resume building.

Cons

Longer term, a bad place to remain. Essentially, if you are skilled when you are hired here, there is a good chance you won't leave with more than what you put in. One the other hand, there is a large opportunity to take on more and more, so you will get good resume building.
