Pros

The on-site heath clinic, nice on-site gym

Cons

A far-reaching culture of 'cover your a**' and find someone to blame for something. There are multiple formally recognized "business resource groups" which informally promote practices that divide people and border on employment discrimination and workplace hostility.

Business Resource Groups are a central part of our commitment to our value of diversity, equity and inclusion and are widely used across corporate America as a part of their diversity strategies. CNO strongly believes that by listening to and valuing diverse perspectives and experiences, we grow stronger as a company as we gain broader and deeper knowledge of our associates, our customers and the communities we serve. If you have concerns about discrimination or workplace hostility, we invite you to report that confidentially through the CNO Ethics Hotline (855) TELL-CNO or email TellCNO@GetInTouch.com.

Pros

they will pay for your life license

Cons

Very unprofessional work ethics managers are there for a paycheck. No real training is provided and you are forced to sell what they want you to sell not whats best for the customers. Instead of retaining their talent they will force you to quit because its unmoral and unethical for you to continue to work for them. My advice is to Stay Away from this company nothing about anything they do is right big bosses get raises and promotions while you the one working hard suffers and to top it off you dont have a clue what your goals are they are given on a monthly basis. your goal changes one month it could be low and out of no where its 3x higher and you better make that high goal because if you dont they will create a rule that states they can write you up for not hitting that goal and intercept your bonus for the next 90days to make up for you and anybody else that couldnt hit the ridiculous goal. One more thing, there is what they call Quality no training just a pamplet telling you instructions Thats your training if u fail the call no bonuses yes for 90days. No win situation work for this company at your own Risk....
