Competitive pay locally, great well-being program, strong financial standing

Cons

Tons of bureaucracy, some leadership that isn't held accountable, medical benefit premiums and deductibles are astronomical, HR has some toxic culture from the very top.

I was able to have a job

Cons

Very selfish company. Looked only at money coming in. Bonus payouts to managers and up, nothing for hrly employees. Required overtime, which is not listed in your employee contract. Managers will bully until you either choose to just work, or take them to HR with complaint.
