      Pros

      Working for CNO financial has been an unexpected joy. The leadership is knowledgeable and approachable. The team environment is encouraging, and we have super camaraderie. The bi-weekly income stream is great with incentives for meeting sales quotas attainable and lucrative. This company knows how help agents who are ready to meet insurance needs of their clients. They also know how to take care of their agents. Within one year of starting I have licenses in nearly all 50 states. Not to mention the flexibility of working from home. And there is no glass ceiling here, the sky is the limit! You will love working for Colonial Pen.

      Company did a great job in response to Covid and making the transition to remote work. Still a lot of connectivity to each other and the work I do is rewarding

      Fast paced and a lot of key initiatives but always with less resources.
