Pros

Great health program & love the clinic on site. Free parking on Carmel campus. Lots of volunteer opportunities in community.

Cons

Lousy leadership below the c level. Individuals are not valued. Not family oriented. If you hit a salary ceiling then you can't even get a cost of living increase even with good evaluation.

Offshoring is horrible, Cognizant Technology Solution plays key role. Especially now the IT work is handled my junior boys who recently joined cognizant from college :-. Carmel senior management is horrible...
