      Opportuinies to excel Company future is looking up Good location

      Cons

      Not a good work life balance. Need to build a better corporate culture. Don't always seem to appreciate the efforts and dedication of their employees. HR is running roughshod over many other areas that are outside of their expertise. Senior leadership is letting it happen. Depending on which area you are in, Finiance, Operations, IT, etc. you may have a different experience.

      pays well, learned a lot.

      Cons

      bad management decision causing unneeded over work from employees. make on-shore employees train off-shore employees with the goal of cut back on-shore team. everyone is seeing this coming.
