      Pros

      I have worked in different places, by far CNO offers the best work environment ever. Co-workers and managers are amazing. Benefits and the pay are great. Pro: 1- Everyone is friendly and mature. 2- Pay, benefits and management is excellent. 3- The company proactively cares about the well being of its employee "feeling very spoiled". 4- Friendly and flexible work environment. 5- Huge advancement chances offered.

      Pros

      This could vary by department, my in experience the presence of long-tenured employees provides expertise and stability. Employees had a decent work-life balance.

      Cons

      When I was there, the company was in the process of divesting certain lines of business, which creates uncertainty. Much of that is now in the past, but some questions linger due to an unclear mission statement. CNO faces the standard large company issues of politics and bureaucracy.
