Pros
Schedule flexibility, thoughtful and intuitive Management. Everyone seems interested in seeing me get ahead, not only in my career but in life. My Director has promoted from within and infuses passion throughout our Department. He doesn't lay blame. He coaches up! The Sales Team and Enterprise support are all in it together. It's not an us vs. them. I am surrounded by emotionally mature co-workers and folks focused on a career path vs. a job.
Cons
The salary was slightly lower ($3/$5K difference) than other job offers in the area. Insurance does not start day one.
