      Pros

      Close to home. Flexible work hours, some good benefits such as medical clinic, company has healthy goals program.

      Cons

      Limited career advancement out of the claims department. Dictator type of management. Management does not like to hear ideas or suggestions from lower level employees. There is no feedback when ideas and suggestions are given. Management does not communicate with the adjusters well enough. It is a factory mentality with meeting claim production goals. Low pay and no appreciation for hard work. Unrealistic perfection is expected.

      Pros

      Great insurance and wellness benefits. Salary static. Customer service is appreciated. Community events and volunteering seem supported. Discount parking available. Business casual work environment. Contractors are treated like employees for the most part. Free gym onsite in the building as long as you are employee in the building.Not far from public transportation and area hotels. On site health clinic but hours can be limited and staff there changes.

      Cons

      Some areas have a fiefdom mentality. No real career paths. Working with outside contractors can be hit or miss. Organization is still in the storming phase and gone all the way back to a waterfall development approach. Nothing agile happens yet segments of the business expect it.

      Poorly managed. Can't see the trees for the forest mentality.
