It's a call center. It's easy to get burned out. The same calls and same complaints. Not a lot you can do on the phone. Most work is processed by the back office. They say there is room to advance but that is very difficult to do with a lack of opportunity. Most people don't meet their numbers so of you are any good then you will pick up their slack. Conseco has acquired a lot of products from different companies and a lot of people don't know how their policies work so expect threats of Department of insurance complaints. Trainer was not very good. She was unorganized but most of the things you need to know you learn on the floor from others around you. If you are content with going to work or like talking to people all day then going home then this is for you but I have been in the call center for 5 years before I accepted this position and would be on the same pace for another 5. By that point I would have tapped out on raises.
