      None what so ever maybe the building but that's it

      Very low pay,forced overtime,too many "supervisors" don't not know what they are doing,no training,favoritism up the ..... ,too many family members , and did I mention low pay???

      Pros

      Nice facility. That's about it. If you spear a support beam with a forklift, I guess you don't have to take a drug test. That's a "pro", correct....?

      Cons

      Family-owned and run, can't make changes, almost all of business is one customer, no direction. They approached after me....wish I had not taken this train wreck of a job; and I was Management. 2015 was a tough year for managers there; all fired or quit.
