Pros
Co workers are nice. But it is every man for themselves.
Cons
Expect low income and 10 cent raises. Very little training. Management? What management? They dont manage to do anything other then point fingers and expect you to fulfill surprise orders with out the parts to do so or time. They have no sense of quality. When orders are behind send it out and not worry or inspect just get your number out. Then next month when they get back how terrible quality was they tighten that rope around your neck. So many people have left that were here for 5 -10 years in the last year or so... that should say enough. I dont expect this company to run for much longer with out employees.
