3yThank you for the kind review! We also think COCC is a great place to work. We do want to emphasize that our onsite work policy has a great deal of flexibility. While some departments, due to the nature of the work, have more onsite requirements than others, we do encourage employees to work with their manager and team to determine the hybrid or full-time remote schedule that works best!
