      No Work/Life Balance Possible, No Career Path

      Pros

      Ability to work remotely Some quality individuals working there currently, or worked there in past. Good energy and collaboration between some areas.

      Cons

      Some areas of toxic management exist. Some employees are micromanaged and/or overloaded and worked to the bone, while others are relatively idle. Working managers with very few salaried staff, inability to hire and no overtime budget. Despite expressing interest in promotion, was ignored for 19 years and stagnated at same level despite continuous acknowledgment of competence.

      A company that cares about it's team and customers!

      Pros

      Great culture with a mix of fun and pride in accomplishment. Excellent benefits and competitive compensation. We have a close relationship with our customers, and they often become our friends. There is no better motivation to provide excellent products and service. Lots of free food days, gift cards... the management cares!

      Cons

      None that come to mind.

      Pros

      Strong perks, great social culture, good individuals, lots of opportunities to learn

      Cons

      Grind is real for support teams, high expectations and high turnover can be a losing combination for the individual worker Often feel like we're cleaning up for development teams trying to roll out the "latest and greatest" instead of fixing problems Take job listing duties with a grain of salt, I have found myself and other team members doing things FAR outside of our expected duties and paygrade
