Adjusted to remote work very well Adapts very quick and easy Job Stability Great Benefits Awesome leadership

Cons

Multiple offices limit collaboration with other teams, but since growth has been fast pace this is hard to avoid short term.

Cons

I guess if I have to put a con, I'd say advancement can take a long time, but overall I do think you're recognized, paid, and promoted for the work you do.
