      Pros

      The company cares about it's people and it's clients. The company has a young vibe that helps drive teamwork and an innovative spirit that you do not see at many other places. Many of us are also friends and hangout together after work. We work hard but we do it with people we like and a management team that acknowledges our efforts. We also receive report cards from our clients who are also great about acknowledging our efforts.

      No big cons. If you are looking for a great place to work join us!

      Amazing Company for Employees and Clients Alike!

      Pros

      COCC is the best company I've worked for. The benefits package is incredibly generous, right off the start. I've been with the company for 4 years and have had a lot of opportunity for growth. The clients become like family, and upper management is incredibly clued in. Everyone has a passion that is contagious. I cannot imagine working anywhere else!

      Nothing stands out as a con.

      Pros

      The culture and work life balance is amazing! Working at COCC you are surrounded by smart, innovative people who work collaboratively while having fun! This is a place where hard work does not go unnoticed. Management cares about you and does everything possible to help new employees succeed. There is a ton of support for career growth and movement.

      Can't think of any. This is truly a great place to work!
