Wonderful Company With Room to Improve

Wonderful culture and environment at least in the Southington office. Company is growing quickly and sparking promotions.

Cons

Frequent cubicle moves make it difficult to settle in. Salaries aren't stellar.

Pros

Some employees are allowed to work from home. The Southington building is nice. Food from the lunch room is supposedly subsidized. You get most of the federal holidays off. Plenty of parking. If you're a likeable white guy under 25 with a bachelor's degree, you may actually have an opportunity to move up someday.

Cons

Promotions are given based on nepotism & favoritism rather than merit, experience, or ability, so middle management is clueless at best. The abysmal salary used to be alright because the benefits package was great up until this year. They've changed the rules on OT pay and now only offer a HIGH deductable health plan.
