      Long-established organization, respected in the community, very flexible and nimble during times of change, helps a lot of people, creative programming, lots of opportunity. Respect employees' health and well being; understanding around family-work-life balance.

      Generous PTO, Company Vehicle, Short distance from home

      Cons

      Punitive work environment. Low moral. Large caseloads. Sexual harassment. Lots of women in supervisory positions that abuse their authority and protect each other when confronted or challenged. Some supervisors (female) talk to you in a demeaning way in front of others and during meetings. Unrealistic expectations and workload demands. Low pay and compensation.
