Cons

The current RBHA structure under Cenpatico makes behavioral health a very tough field to be in right now. When a for-profit company manages a non-profit the little guy always loses.

Company takes on programs they have little to no knowledge how to run effectively. Will penalize you for not meeting extremely high objectives. Cares more about money than members
