There is no pro's other than being employed.

Cons

There is no real management to weed out the "bad apples" of the bunch. So the excellent workers are taken advantage of. The policies are made by the board of supervisors who have no idea what takes place in the clinic. The open door policy is also false. Human resources leaks personal information about you to other coworkers.
