      Pros

      Great workplace environment. Mindset of most employees is to try new things, explore, create, solve problems, get sh*t done.

      Cons

      Growing pains - staff have multiple roles/responsibilities. Some people are overworked due to this. Mediocre benefits (i.e. low PTO, low paid holidays-not all govt off, no flex spending card, no profit sharing but do get annual bonuses depending on company profts/performance).
