Shops get real hot in the summer and cold in the winter.

Good management, not a stressful environment. Independence to create your own work and design with your own ideas. Good experience for design internship. Company lunches, friendly atmosphere.

Lack of communication between departments. Somewhat disorganized process from design to manufacturing, although this seems to be improving in some ways. Always seem to be behind schedule. Pay is lower than other engineering internships, making it difficult to attract or keep strong talent.
