Thank you for your review and for the comments; we appreciate your feedback. We know that change can be tough but that's just the way things are. It is certainly helpful to get new perspectives from the new team members, even it will be a new supervisor. This often results in a change of departmental strategy, which is inevitable in these fast-moving times of automation and digitalization.
