Diversity of daily activities, nice level of responsibility, interesting work, wonderful management, fun and positive team with a real spirit of camaraderie, flexible work hours, healthy pay, beautiful new facility, and lots of support and words of appreciation.

Cons

During project "crunch time" the work level can get a bit high.

Excellent world class clients Company is growing well

Terrible compensation (chargeable rate increases dramatically, pay does not) Minimal prospects for advancement (There is an inner circle already that feeds off of lower employees) Horrible work environments, grey cubicles, stale air and lack of fun Asks for 110% but only give 70% Laughable bonuses No paid training Companies values contain no reference to work culture or employees
