decent pay flexible hours remote work wellness program great benefits lots of great people to work with

Cons

top heavy constant initiatives with no follow through the inner circle is tight and hard to penetrate management has limited engagement with staff lots of talk of values but no proof of actually living it

Pros

VERY defined and managed engineering and project management processes.

Cons

Zero value of employees. Would rather hire new than mentor and sustain the existing staff. Morale is horrible as the expectation is 97% billable at all times. This gives no time for sales, training, or even internal meeting focus. It it doesn't contribute directly to the bottom line, it's not acceptable.

Management has a positive can-do attitude. There are many employees that get the chance to work in multiple offices. This gives the employees experience in a variety of industries and verticals.

Cons

There really are very few cons to list about working at JMP. The only down side might be that at times, it's difficult to go for a real paid-for training course. There is an expectation that training would be done online and for free.
