Pros
JMP has a very open door and trusting environment. Management is very open in their communications with employees. They really put every effort in to keep employees happy, while still making fiscally responsible decisions, which is not an easy task. Personally, I appreciate the flexibility JMP offers for employees with children. They are very flexible with working with your schedule, allowing you to work from home when needed, and putting family first. Great place to work!
Cons
There is no such thing as a perfect place to work. If there were, there wouldn't be any people. While things aren't sunshine and roses all the time, I really couldn't ask for more from an employer.
