The employees have no reason to be loyal to this company considering this company allows the customers and the supervisors to tear down the moral. Don't just give the driver an incentive check for most pcs moved without giving one to the helper as well, without the helper the driver could move nothing. Build the mental and physical health of your employees that out in the field dealing with disgruntle customers.
