Pros
Dependent on which verticals you are in, you have some work flexibility and the management isn’t that bad. They did a restructure a few years ago and cut a lot of middle management and positions that were duplicate. Overall for the most part enjoyable to work there.
Cons
Old school on the benefits. Could be better and could be more up to date. Missing the culture in some aspects and sometimes the job feels siloed.
