Organizational Culture Benefits & Pay Work/Life Balance Management The team I work with is amazing. Everyone does their part and it makes a by-nature stressful job, not that stressful. I don't ever feel like I'm being hung out to dry and I get to be myself at work. I'm not that serious of a person but I do take my work seriously and CORT is exactly the best, right place for me. 10/10 highly recommend!
Cons
Admittedly, I have not worked here for very long, but I have yet to find any downside to working for this company. Most of the people who work here have been here for over 10 years and I have "met" a few others who have worked here almost longer than I've been alive. It's very inspiring. I look forward to seeing where life at CORT takes me.
