Pros
Everyone is very friendly, the environment is great, and they provide interns with a lot of opportunities to network and volunteer. Their is a case study competition for all interns as well as a fishbowl lunch which brings people together. They pay pretty well and I was never treated as less for being an intern, I see myself staying here. They are awesome at letting you job shadow departments and if you talk to your mentor or the internship advisor you can set up days to do that.
Cons
With the new generation Y graduating and a lot of the older generation retiring there is a bit of tension in regards to some departments. You have to be self motivated and not be scared to reach out to those with the answers.
