MAJOR technological problems. Never know when the system is going to work. Non-sensical "upgrades" like taking away our phones and making us use Cisco Jabber, which is an unreliable memory vortex, and then providing no training. They have instituted a punitive new commission scale for the agents, which makes it impossible for us to get the help we need in the office or pay said help what they're worth. Absolutely no room for mistakes. Mess up once, and they take it out of your check.
