Pros

Good work from home flexibility. Good Pay. Good line management. Hours are not strictly enforced, you can arrive a little late/early and finish early/late if required.

Cons

There is no organized training for graduates, you are expected to learn on the job working with more senior engineers, this is more difficult when people are working remotely. There are also periods in the week as a graduate where you may have nothing to do for several hours.
