Pros

The individuals we provided services for were great.

Cons

No communication, team work or praise. Unfriendly, overworked staff. Training? What training? Very low pay

The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly

Pros

Terrific co-workers, time-off policies are simple, and great PTO benefits. Going through some positive changes that have been a long time coming. Non-for-profit work is very rewarding.

Cons

Upper and mid-management (too many levels) are less than competent and struggle with proper communication and deliniation of job duties. Health benefits, especially for employees in the health industry, are pitiful.

Pros

Working with individuals. And lower managment really works hard! Flexibility with hours. And nice location. Pay is not great but not bad depending on position.

Cons

Managment is still working with oudated confusing policies. Example their Attendance Policy is horrible. Their interdepartmental does not foster a team concept. To much backstabbing withing department heads.
