Pros

Stable company with great work environment with total team approach and no micromanagment. Good work-life balance. Managment hires top notch people who are fun to work with! Company has been in business for 50 years which is a rarity in WNY staffing industry!

Cons

Lots of ups and downs based on the state of the local economy but that's to be expected in this industry.
