This is the perfect job for a new social worker. Tons of growth opportunities and this job will prepare you for he next step in your social work career.

Cons

This company as well as many other behavioral health companies does not pay their social workers or therapists very well.

Pros

I loved the co-workers I worked with. We really worked as a team when a crisis situation would arise and do the best we could for the client. The management team was amazing and always supportive. I worked at all the CPC locations but I thoroughly enjoyed Aberdeen and Freehold. Its a great place to work!

Cons

I had to work one weekend day a week. Thats the only con to it. Besides that I couldn't complain about anything else.
