Supportive work environment Supervisors are compassionate and caring Lots of coworkers to network with and provide support Great benefits Respectful of personal needs and schedule

Cons

Pay could be higher (below state ave, but higher than most others if including benefits). Don't get me wrong, pay is great, it just doesn't meet cost of living (which might just be the same for most of Jersey)

CPC is team oriented and supervisors are always readily available for feedback and to answer questions. Supervisors, clinicians, case managers, and other staff are all eager to help.

Cons
