Good balance between work/home life. Great environment to work in very team oriented which works well for me and my style Pay is very competitive-one of the best pay rates I have seen on the market in the last year. We have a great management team that keeps us up to date and ;some really down to earth people,

Cons

Software-We could use a little investment here as it would greatly increase productivity. Some of our processes can be very time consuming with a more old school method.
