29$ an hour Overtime after 8 5 vacation days after 6 months

Cons

Overtime after 8 hours but not after 40 Only holiday off is Christmas. And that might change Not giving a raise for 2023. You bud on a route but you do whatever they say Dispatch has no accountability. Everything is the drivers fault

Good work/life balance and flexibility, good people to work with overall.

Cons

No support or guidance from management and leadership. Sadly, tenure and loyalty does not seem to matter here, favortism and nepotism does. The culture shifted when new leadership came in and took over operations.
