Pros

Team oriented, family environment. Everyone wants to work together. I have never once been chastised or called down for bringing up an idea or thought that was contrary to my supervisor's idea, but rather encouraged to think and voice my opinions. The 3 things I was told were the operating principles were 1) do the right thing 2) return your calls 3) when in doubt, do the right thing. Pay has been extremely fair. I have no complaints.

Cons

Really don't have any. Every job has cons, but when weighed against the pros, its a great job!

Pros

The wage and benefit package given at orientation was great. The managers seemed willing to help with paperwork and getting everyone started.

Cons

The wages that were stated at orientation were not the actual wages. Had to constantly fight to get the wages due me. Whenever I would call I would be passed off to someone else, if the managers were even available. Finally had to threaten them with the labor board to get the wages due me.

Cons

Loads council, sonority gets first pick, not enough equipment, no on sight shop. Truck governed to 65mph
