Good balance between work/home life. Great environment to work in very team oriented which works well for me and my style Pay is very competitive-one of the best pay rates I have seen on the market in the last year. We have a great management team that keeps us up to date and ;some really down to earth people,

Cons

Software-We could use a little investment here as it would greatly increase productivity. Some of our processes can be very time consuming with a more old school method.

I absolutely LOVE working at CPC Logistics. I have received the best training possible for my regional recruiter position and have been given the tools to succeed in this industry. I have an amazing team who communicates and work well with each other. Management is understanding and very helpful with anything I asked about. Thank you for having me on this team, such a great workplace!

I enjoy my job and do not have many cons. The small cons I do have are already being addressed.
