CPC Logistics is a great company to work for. They pay above average and the benefits are top notch. I personally liked the relaxed atmosphere.

Cons

I honestly don't have any bad things to say about CPC Logistics. It was one of those rare places where management was more than fair.

Great pay and benefits through this teamsters contract. Home every weekend is great, when applicable. Equipment is long term lease, and sometimes kept up to D.O.T. standards

Cons

Dispatch and management are out of touch with realities of otr driving. Home every week means 34 hours for a restart if lucky, half the time you leave on a rolling dispatch.
