Pros

Team oriented, family environment. Everyone wants to work together. I have never once been chastised or called down for bringing up an idea or thought that was contrary to my supervisor's idea, but rather encouraged to think and voice my opinions. The 3 things I was told were the operating principles were 1) do the right thing 2) return your calls 3) when in doubt, do the right thing. Pay has been extremely fair. I have no complaints.

Cons

Really don't have any. Every job has cons, but when weighed against the pros, its a great job!

Great drivers, flexible schedule, easy wo to work with Canada office in fulfilling international deliveries.

Cons

poor communications from management, no ability to interview or hire new drivers on my authority. Not allowed to make key decisions of the office to move in the correct direction. Poor benefits. Do not allow a supervisor to discipline employees when needed.
