      For recently graduated architects is a good place to start. They give you an opportunity to grow very quickly if you prove yourself

      Cons

      Most work is related to prototype design for mc Donald’s, Wawa, Walgreens, etc. not a lot of room for creativity Work gets too repetitive

      This is technically the worst experience I have ever had in my carrier. This place broke me and I am still experiencing the aftermath of it. The Sanford Environmental department has some worst leaders who will talk down on you and is always angry. The department lacks people who are ready to train and groom young engineers. I don't know if it is because of lack of experience.
