      Great place to work and learn as an engineer. Amazing and nice people!

      Cons

      Slow start as a new engineer, it will take a while to get on bigger projects. Just keep working at it and you will be rewarded!

      Okay Life insurance and 401k. The principals know what they were doing.

      CPH's architecture department is the most horrible work environment I have ever been part of. Here are the reasons why I left: - Disrespectful Coworkers. Yelling and throwing doors on a daily basis. - The compensation is ridiculous - Boring prototypical projects. If you enjoy the design process and challenging design issues, this place is not for you. - Careless HR managers - No Work Life balance - Lack of licensed architects. Principal was overloaded with work and no time to handle it. - All the attention is focused on the engineering department. Why do they even do architecture? - No advancement opportunities. Some of my former coworkers were stuck in the same job position for 7+ years.
