Average pay. Decent benefits. Hybrid work.

Cons

There are "managers" but hardly any "leaders" in the Tennessee Operations. Managers are simply people who stuck around long enough to know more than others and not qualified to lead. 2023 was a difficult year as they had a huge 2022 and knowingly set unachievable goals for 2023, thus not able to hit bonuses for most everyone.

-Great training from managers -Clean and climate controlled work environment -The GM is very interactive and likes to get to know his employees -Teamwork environment is very positive

Cons

-Some days can be very fast paced, but not undoable
