There is some work and life-balance. The team members are nice.

Cons

Toxic middle, upper, and executive management. This company does not care about its employees. Only alumni from the CEO's former company are promoted or valued.

I really like working at CPI Card Group and being part of the company. The work environment is respectful and supportive. The people, both management and coworkers, are friendly and collaborative. There are various shift schedules to choose from, and you can also pick up overtime shifts when they are available. The company also offers excellent benefits and paid time off. I would definitely recommend working for this company.

Cons

I have been with the company for almost a year, and everthing is going well. I didn't have any negative experience.
