      Pros

      cpi - tn one thing is they value their culture. No matter which dept, area or site All employees are generally nice, helpful and friendly. Quick to assist in any trouble you may be having, even if you're lost in the building due to being so new. The diversity in staffing makes the culture and people more enjoyable to work with. Almost everyone everyday expresses positive attitudes. Number one reason it keeps besides the bonuses and benefits offered.

      Cons

      Not as much employees gatherings and functions at this time, which I know is temporary, due to COVID.

      Thank you for the review! We have to agree - our employees are the best! We appreciate the comments on the company culture and diverse workforce. The safety of our employees is very important but we are hoping to have more company gatherings in the near future.

      Pros

      Open communication with management - they solicit feedback and then act on it to make things even better! Great pay and benefits; lots of bonuses and swag - we're always getting candy/gifts and appreciation. Our managers and HR Team really let us know how important we are to the business and reward us for it.

      Cons

      Nothing - I mean, there's OT sometimes and the pace can be pretty busy but you get that everywhere - and it's a good thing. If the business is slow and you don't have much to do, they're not going to be able to keep you so it's good to be busy!

      If you are a person of color DO NOT WORK HERE! This company is ONLY diverse in production. Corporate is prejudice, and lacks to incorporate training for employees . Employees are overworked along with being underpaid. Please take heed ,and do not give this company a chance to exploit you.
