      Pros

      I have been here less than a year (post-IPO) and am impressed by the courage of our Board to support a reorganization of the business and our leadership team. This is not the same old company and change is [unfortunately for those impacted] often necessary to make us successful.

      Cons

      Inability to forecast and meet expectations has significantly devalued the company. I expect the aforementioned changes will improve this going forward.

      Pros

      Convenient location for the southern metor area.

      Cons

      Lack of qualified managers, upper and lower. There is no training program for the operators of fairly complex equipment and no plans to provide any. Their environmental footprint is a a shame to the modernized world. There is a drive to make money for the company at the expense of the individual. Humans are replaceable.
